The “gaufre” is a fluffy waffle originating in Belgium and made from a brioche dough.
Our waffles are handmade and cooked in a waffle iron - as per tradition - between two hinged cast iron plates.
The filling in our vanilla waffles is made from fresh butter and bourbon vanilla caviar.
