The “gaufre” is a fluffy waffle originating in Belgium and made from a brioche dough.
Our waffles are handmade and cooked in a waffle iron - as per tradition - between two hinged cast iron plates.
Our waffles are available in three flavors: vanilla or Vergeoise (brown sugar & rum) or Coffee.
The filling in our coffee waffles is made from sugar and coffee extract.
Store at room temperature, use-by date indicated on the packaging.
