La cramique es un pan brioche belga que se encuentra también en el norte de Francia. Frédéric Vaucamps ha revisitado el tradicional brioche de pasas. Ha combinado tradición y modernidad con sus nuevas recetas de cramique con azúcar perlado y pepitas de chocolate. Nuestros productos se elaboran artesanalmente. Desde el amasado, pasando por el boleo, hasta la cocción, podrás ver cómo salen las cramiques calientes del horno a lo largo del día, ¡desde el desayuno hasta la merienda!

Consumir preferentemente el día de la compra.
