The “gaufre” is a fluffy waffle originating in Belgium and made from a brioche dough.
Our waffles are handmade and cooked in a waffle iron - as per tradition - between two hinged cast iron plates.
Our waffles are available in three flavors: vanilla or vergeoise brown sugar & rum or coffee.
The Vergeoise brown sugar versions contain a filling made from fresh butter flavored with rum.
Store at room temperature, use-by date indicated on the packaging.
